- Incorrect Delivery: If the wrong item was delivered due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days. We will either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:
- Custom Duties: We do not accept refunds if the buyer refuses to pay the applicable customs duty or taxes upon delivery.
- Wrong or Incomplete Address: Refunds are not provided if the buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or is not available to receive the order at the given address.
